Why?
I'll share with you my "Why".
Eating healthy has always been my goal, but consistency was difficult. As a busy single mom of 2, building my massage practice, and furthering my studies I often ate on the go and whatever happened to be convenient. I had aspirations of meal planning a week in advance to prepare for busy days, but I did not consistently have a half a day free to do that. In the health food section of the store I would pick and choose a protein powder, green powder, supplements, etc. but the cost added up quickly and honestly, I didn't know if I was choosing what was most beneficial. I found myself having to either spend a lot of time or a lot of money to eat healthfully. Now I don't have to do either and I have a more nourishing diet than I ever had.
The company I work with has done all the research and work of determining which super foods are best, how they can synergistically work for your body, and ensuring the best quality product from start to finish. They practice organic regenerative farming, it is a family owned business with decades of experience, and they have compostable packaging for their products. No corners cut. All of that, and at an affordable cost.
